Less than five days away,
Battlefield 3 is still leaving fans weary.
Whether it be the shoddy open beta, or EA trying to change review
scores, is it so wrong we question Battlefield 3? It looks from gameplay
trailers to be the top of the line, cream of the crop as far as FPS games go,
and the beta (when I could get in a match) was highly enjoyable. But it’s all
too shady when EA is caught trying to change review scores or make false
statements about the game. Why are you doing this, EA?
To be honest, it all seems like EA
is trying to make it true perfection. It’s not a bad thing to want your game to
be the BEST of its class. But you’re going a little far now with changing
review scores. Battlefield 3, unless by some sort of random mess up, will be
beyond incredible. There’s no need to change that. You’re going mad with power, EA. Dice is a
reliable company and will deliver with the title, relax. I mean it is
understandable to be stressed because BF3 will be representing you and Dice for
the rest of your companies life span, but there’s no need to go to those kinds
of measures. Go back, sit down and sip on a nice money margarita, EA. Dice has
this.
On another note, if the full game
of Battlefield 3 is like the beta. I will be enraged. When I got news of the
open beta, I couldn’t wait up until the very day of the beta. So I get home
from school, download it, and install it. Right when I’m about to play, I can’t
get in a match. So I try again, and again, and again… Once I finally got in to
a match, I was way ready to kill some noobs. But within five minutes of the
match, I was once again kicked out. Also, later in the beta when the matchmaking was settled down… glitches galore! C’mon guys, please fix this. If that’s what you’re so
over stressed about, then stop being a little bitch and changing review scores
and fix the problem at hand. Good luck, EA. I’ll see how much I like
Battlefield 3 within the next few days.
