Is the $10 inFamous Vampire spinoff worth it?

inFamous 2: Festival of Blood is a game. It’s not an add on to inFamous 2 so if you sold it or never picked it up, you can play this, mind you pay the 10 dollar entrance fee. Story wise you might be wondering where all of this takes place in the inFamous mythos, especially after the ending of 2 (good or bad)!
